Surface cleaning consists of the total elimination or reduction to safe levels of pathogenic microorganisms that may be on surfaces, floors, walls and throughout the environment. It is important to secure the disinfection process to avoid the indirect transmission of pathogenic microorganisms through contaminated surfaces and thus eliminate the danger of illness in personnel and consumers of the product handled in the plant.

Methodology

We mainly attach our system to medium or high pressure alignments of the existing surface cleaning process. Generally, in the cleaning procedure, a final review with pressure washers must be carried out to ensure disinfection, however, thanks to the injection of nanobubbles this can be circumvented.

How nanobubbles work

  • Permeability: As a result of the small size of the nanobubbles, they have a better penetration into the surfaces.
  • Reduction of chemicals and inputs / abatement of microbiological load: The internal pressure of nanobubbles is high, thanks to which they are able to generate free radicals that, together with their permeability, can penetrate and remove biofilms more easily.
  • Reduction of water consumption: The water used for cleaning can be saturated with nanobubbles, which have great stability acting as particles in the environment, thanks to this and the characteristics described above it is possible to obtain an efficient and effective cleaning compromising a lower use of water.
